2026 Raffle Fundraiser

We're so excited to give away these prizes! Tickets are available at the The FireEscape Coffeehouse during open hours - 8am-11am Tuesday-Friday.

Get your tickets and support the work of the FireEscape with the youth of Chanute & Southeast Kansas AND have a chance to win one of these great prizes!

Tickets are on sale from 8am Saturday September 26th until 6pm Sunday November 8th. Winners will be drawn at the Raffle Draw Event on Sunday November 8th at 7pm.

Raffle Official Terms & Conditions

This Raffle Fundraiser is being held by FireEscape Youth Ministry Inc. with the raffle license #RAF000304, for the purpose of raising funds for ongoing running costs and building maintenance.

Tickets

  • Tickets are $10 for 1 ticket, or $40 for 5 tickets
  • Ticket sales start at 8am on Saturday September 26, 2026, and close at 6pm on Sunday November 8, 2026.
  • Payments can be made with cash, or a check (made to FireEscape Youth Ministry). Credit card payments are accepted when tickets are purchased in person at The FireEscape Coffeehouse, 126 W Main St, Chanute.
  • All ticket sales are final, and non-refundable.
  • Tickets are not tax-deductible.
  • Total number of tickets is limited to 2500.
  • FireEscape Youth Ministry Inc. reserves the right to postpone the Raffle Drawing Event. In this situation updated Draw Information will be posted on their Facebook page www.facebook.com/fireescapecoffeehouse and on their website www.fireescapechanute.org

The Drawing

  • Winners will be drawn at a Raffle Drawing Event on Sunday November 8th, 2026 at The FireEscape Coffeehouse, 126 W Main St, Chanute, KS 66720
  • Draw will be made at approximately 7pm.
  • Winners will be chosen by drawing random tickets. Each ticket may only be drawn once.
  • One ticket will be drawn per prize.
  • Winners do not need to be present to win.
  • Winners not present will be notified by phone or email.
  • By purchasing a ticket winners consent to their names and photographs being posted on the FireEscape Coffeehouse social media pages and website.
  • If a winner can not be reached within 7 days of the draw, a new winner will be drawn.
  • Any prizes not collected within 30 days will be forfeited and redrawn.
  • FireEscape Youth Ministry Inc. will have the final decision on winner validity.

  • Traeger Pellet Grill (Retail Value $1199)
  • 4 Night stay at Beaver Run Resort, Breckenridge, CO - with thanks to Home Savings Bank
  • 3 Night stay at Eagle Bunker Condo, Branson, MO - with thanks to Community National Bank
  • Blackstone Griddle (Retail Value $530)
  • Cleavers Farm & Home Gift Card $500

  • Prizes must be collected from 126 W Main St, Chanute, KS. Collection time to be arranged with Karen Coulton.
  • Prize allocation is final based on the raffle draw. Prizes will be drawn in the reverse order of the prizes listed above.
  • There will be no substitutions or exchanges for cash.
  • Resort & Condo stays are subject to the rules & restrictions put in place by the donors of these prizes. FireEscape Youth Ministry Inc. will not be liable for availability or restrictions related to these prizes.
  • Prizes are accepted as-is, manufacturer warranties apply, and FireEscape Youth Ministry Inc. is not liable for injury or loss from using a prize.
